However, with departments like PEZA and BOI they are making it a little easier for companies registering and doing business in the Philippines. In terms of registering a business in the Philippines it takes about 7-10 business days if all of your documents are in order. Regarding corruption, the officials at the SEC do not ask for brides for registering your business. This is NOT the case in countries like Indonesia and Malaysia.
