Malacanang has just announced that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo declared June 30, 2010 (Wednesday) a special non-working holiday through Proclamation No. 2085.  June 30 is the schedule of the presidential inaugural ceremonies for the incoming President of the Republic of the Philippines, Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
