Fashionably late. “Filipino time” is equated with being late, so much so that arriving late has become fashionable. There appears to be a sick assumption that being late is a sign of power and importance. Those who arrive last has the most power. Try to observe this in your next business meeting.

The purpose of a company outing, which is usually done in summer, must be clear to management. Without a conscious or deliberate program for this corporate event, i.e., the company outing, it remains an expense item that contributes very little, if at all, to the company’s business success.

Police/Military principles and tactics have been repeatedly applied in business and entrepreneurship, as we can see from the countless business books revolving on Sun Tzu’s Art of War.
